Professional Experience
Associate of Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts LLP. Practice emphasizes domain names disputes, trademark infringement, electronic contracts, privacy protection, online licensing agreements, and intellectual property disputes arising in Asia, the European Union, and the United States.

Possesses a Doctoral degree in Internet law (SJD). Formerly worked for Consumers International/Trans-Atlantic Consumer Dialogue in London where she conducted research and drafted papers on US and EU on-line privacy regulations. Chia-Li’s research was distributed to 78 member organizations located across four continents.

Taught law school courses on Contract and Civil law at Tunghai University, the leading private university in Taiwan. In addition she conducted research projects for the Taiwan National Science Council and authored legislation currently under review by Taiwan's Legislative Yuan.
