Patent law allows me to work with people to help protect their innovations. What are your areas of concentration? Patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing, intellectual property litigation and unfair trade practices. What law school did you attend? Brigham Young University Why did you choose to practice law here? I previously worked at the Arizona office of my law firm; but when an opportunity arose to come out here, I jumped on it because my wife is originally from the East. Was it difficult to find a job? No, not at all--it seems like patent attorneys are in high demand. Were your expectations of practice realistic? My law school experience gave me a broad perspective of law practice.
