From I-87 Northbound:
Follow I-87 North to Exit 13A, the State Route 9 exit;
Exit 13A ramp will merge onto State Route 9 North;
Follow State Route 9 North.
State Route 9 North becomes Route 9/South Broadway;
Continue on South Broadway.
South Broadway will become Broadway;
Continue on Broadway.
Turn left on Division Street.
(Note: Distance from I-87 Exist 13A ramp to Division Street is approximately 4 miles.)
Turn left on Franklin Street;
Turn right on Franklin Square;

From I-87 Southbound:
Follow I-87 South to Exit 15. the Route 50 exit.
At end of ramp, turn right onto Route 50 South.
Go approximately 1½ miles and bear left onto North Broadway.
North Broadway becomes Broadway;
Continue on Broadway.
Turn right onto Division Street.
(Note: Distance from I-87 Exit 15 ramp to Division Street is approximately 2 miles)
Turn left onto Franklin Street;
Turn right on to Franklin Square;.
Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts' offices are located on the bottom floor of 2 Franklin Square.
