Jung Min obtained a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law, New York, in 2018 with a Concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Jung Min received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, cum laude, for performing over 250 hours of pro bono and community work. Jung Min holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Chinese from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Jung Min is fluent in English and Korean and has advanced ability in Chinese.
Before joining Schmeiser, Olsen & Watts, LLP, she gained various IP experiences through internships. As a legal intern for Mount Sinai Innovation Partners’ Contract and Licensing Team, Jung Min helped draft and prepare technology license agreements in support of life sciences research activities at Mount Sinai. Jung Min also gained first-hand experience in patent prosecution through IP Clinics at Fordham University and also has an in-house experience as a legal intern at a multinational engineering & construction corporation in South Korea.
